Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
